Is Kubota B7100 the Right Choice for Small Property Work?
The Kubota B7100 rolled off the line from 1976 to 1985, and it’s a compact utility tractor with 16 HP at the engine, 13 at the PTO, and a Category I 3-point hitch. It’s well-suited for light mowing, towing, and touching up driveways—especially on properties where space is tight. It weighs about 1,080 lbs and flows just 3 GPM of hydraulic fluid, so heavy loader work or big attachments aren’t really in its wheelhouse. We’ll also compare it to the B1600DT—more power and loader capability, but less compact and simpler.
