The ARA Show 2026 is now in the books, and we’re still smiling about it. From March 2–4, 2026, the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando was full of energy. People came from all over the country (and beyond) to talk about equipment, rentals, repairs, and the daily problems that show up on real job sites. For FridayParts, it was a simple mission: meet you in person, listen carefully, and help you find parts that work.
We set up at Booth #2997, and the three days went by fast—in the best way.
A Booth Built for Real Conversations

At this show, we didn’t want to just “stand and talk.” We wanted to show real parts and have real, helpful conversations.
In the photos from our booth, you can see what we focused on:
- A clear message on our banner: “Fix it once. Fix it right.”
- A table with real replacement parts you can touch and inspect—filters, components, and small parts people often need quickly.
- Our team talks face-to-face with visitors, answers questions, and looks up parts on the spot.
We met technical engineers, fleet managers, rental store teams, mechanics, and heavy equipment owners. Some people came with a problem in hand. Others came to plan ahead and avoid downtime later. Either way, we were happy to talk.
Great Parts and Cool Gifts
One fun part of the show was giving out our booth gifts.
We prepared nice canvas tote bags, FridayParts hats, and other small items that people could actually use. Many visitors told us they liked that the gifts were simple and practical—good for carrying catalogs, tools, or everyday work items.
We also brought printed catalogs and product info. Even in a digital world, a paper catalog is still useful on the shop floor. You can flip pages quickly, write notes, and share them with your team.
If you stopped by and grabbed a bag or hat, thank you. If you didn’t make it this year, don’t worry. We’ll be ready next time.
The Best Part: Talking With You About Real Needs
The most important part of ARA Show 2026 wasn’t the booth design or the giveaways.
It was the conversations.
People asked us questions like:
- “Do you have parts for older machines?”
- “What’s a good replacement option when OEM lead time is too long?”
- “How do I match the right part if my model number is unclear?”
- “What should I keep in stock for busy season?”
We heard a lot about the same challenge: downtime costs money. If a machine stops, work stops. That’s why so many visitors cared about quality, fit, and reliability, not just price.
We also met many visitors who really know their equipment. Some technical engineers and experienced owners shared how they troubleshoot failures, what they check first, and what parts tend to wear out fastest. These talks help us learn what matters most in the field—not just on paper.
What We Showed at the Booth
We brought a range of high-quality aftermarket replacement parts and explained how we think about quality:
- Strong materials and solid build
- Consistent fit and function
- Practical value for fleet and rental use
- Support when you need help identifying the right part
Many visitors liked being able to hold the parts, compare details, and ask questions directly. That “hands-on” moment builds trust much faster than a photo on a screen.
Why This Show Was Unforgettable for Us
ARA Show 2026 felt special because it reminded us of something simple:
Behind every part is a person who needs their machine to run.
Some visitors were under pressure—busy season, tight schedules, tough jobsites. Some were planning upgrades. And some were just curious about new suppliers. But almost everyone had one shared goal: keep equipment working, safely and smoothly.
We’re grateful for the friendly talks, the honest questions, and even the tough feedback. That’s how we improve.
What We’ll Do Next
After the show, our team is taking notes and turning them into action. This is what we’re focused on next:
- Better part matching support (faster answers, clearer guidance)
- More helpful content (simple tips, common issues, part ID help)
- More product improvements based on real jobsite feedback
- Stronger connections with the people who repair and run equipment every day
We don’t want to stay the same. We want to keep moving forward—step by step.
