Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the FridayParts PRO Member Program ("Program"), which is intended to offer exclusive benefits to qualified PRO Members ("Members") of FridayParts ("we", "our", "us"). By participating in this Program, any PRO Member ("you", "Member", "PRO Member") agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Before registering as a PRO Member of FridayParts, please ensure that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration. You confirm that you qualify as a PRO Member and will use the Program exclusively for business-related activities. You agree not to use the Program for any purposes outside the scope of legitimate business transactions. FridayParts may modify, update, or discontinue these Terms and Conditions or the Program at any time, with or without advance notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes. FridayParts may, at its sole discretion, terminate your PRO Membership, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent behavior, inaccurate representations, misuse of the Program, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, if necessary, FridayParts may pursue appropriate legal actions against any misconduct by PRO Members. In addition to FridayParts’ right to freeze or revoke your PRO Membership at its discretion, you may contact us at any time to request the freezing or revocation of your PRO Membership. Please note that once your PRO Membership is frozen or revoked, you will no longer be entitled to any benefits associated with the PRO Membership. PRO Members do not have any proprietary interest in any information, offers, benefits, promotions, coupons, accrued payments, discounts, or events related to the Program. PRO Membership holds no monetary or property value. Your PRO Membership may not be transferred, assigned, or sold, for consideration or otherwise. FridayParts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program.
Registration and Qualification
A. Begin Registration
To participate in this Program, please visit the Authorized channels specified at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions and complete the registration process using your TRUE and VALID email address or phone number, after fully understanding and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. We reiterate that completing the registration signifies your full acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from proceeding with the registration.
B. Registration Caution
Only one PRO Membership account can be associated with a valid phone number or email address, which will serve as your unique PRO Member ID. You are required to provide a TRUE and VALID phone number or email address and to fill in true, complete, and accurate information during registration. False or omitted information may lead to the denial of registration or the revocation of your PRO Membership.
C. Qualification Verification
To verify your qualification as a PRO Member, you must log in to your PRO Membership account when placing an order. Please note that FridayParts may share your information with third-party service providers to confirm your qualification as a PRO Member.
D. Information Access
You may access your PRO membership information, including your qualifying purchase history, by logging into "My Account" on the Authorized Channel! Specified at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions. FridayParts reserves the final right to decide which products and services qualify as Qualifying Purchases.
E. Account Conversion
How to convert FridayParts Personal Member to FridayParts PRO Member 1) Personal members can convert to PRO Members after signing in the company information through the conversion button in the account. We will match the corresponding PRO Member level according to the past Qualifying Purchase amount in your account. 2) Personal members, please confirm that the site has launched this PRO Program before switching account types. 3) The PRO Member account does not have a points option. When you switch from Personal to Pro, your tier will be assigned according to your eligible order history. 4) Please note that the PRO Member account cannot be converted into a Personal account, Confirm that you need to convert to a PRO Member account before proceeding.
Benefits
To enroll in the Program, you must create a PRO account and agree to the applicable Terms and Conditions herein. By joining the Program, you acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions governing your participation. The Program provides benefits to PRO Members who make Qualifying Purchases as described below: 1) Qualified Purchasing refers to the actual amount paid by a Member in good standing for designated products or services on Authorized Channels, calculated on an ANNUAL basis. 2) Qualified Purchasing does not include taxes and returns. 3) The premise for the accumulation of Qualified Purchasing is that you have already registered as a Member and maintained a logged-in status at the time of purchase. 4) Qualified Purchasing is calculated in USD; if the purchase is made in another currency, it will be converted to USD at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of purchase.
When your cumulative amount of Qualified Purchasing reaches a specific tier, you will be eligible to enjoy the benefits associated with that tier during the term of the Program. We have 14 distinct tiers ("PRO Level"). See FridayParts PRO Program for a full breakdown of discount levels.
Here are more details regarding the benefits for PRO Members:
1. PRO Discount
PRO Discount is a benefit of the program that increases your exclusive discount levels as your qualifying purchases accumulate from one level to the next. (a) Upgrades. To receive benefits, you must be a registered member and be logged into your PRO Member account online when making a qualifying purchase. Membership levels are based on qualifying purchases accrued during the promotional period and shall be automatically renewed whenever purchased items change to shipping status. (b) Downgrade. If you process a return or order cancellation such that your qualifying purchases fall below the level required for your current level, you will be adjusted to the appropriate level for the program period (based on your most recent qualifying purchases for the program period). The downgrade will take effect after you successfully request a refund.
2. Personalized Offers
FridayParts may run other promotions for members ("promotions”, which will be governed by the Official Rules. Your participation in the Promotion constitutes your acceptance of these Oficial Rules. FridayParts may also send Members exclusive coupons for the purchase of eligible products.
3. Exclusive Sales and Events
Depending on your level status or your program participation and/or membership type, you may have access to exclusive sales and events. These sales and events may be unique one-off events and as such may vary during any annual period (and from one annual period to another). Any communications we send you about these sales will describe any unique terms that apply.
4. Priority Service
When your qualifying purchase amount reaches a certain requirement, you will be able to use dedicated support hotlines (such as telephone, email, and live chat) to obtain priority support.
Privacy
A. We collect the following categories of information to provide products and services to you, administer the Program and provide benefits to you, and for other operational, legal, and compliance purposes: 1) Contact information, such as name, phone number, company name, and email address; 2) Account information, such as login information, account preferences, and other account details; 3) Billing information, including name, billing, and delivery address; 4) Payment card details, which are collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf; 5) Purchase history and the information regarding the benefits.
B. By participating in this Program and providing us with this aforementioned information, you agree that we can use this information to manage your participation in the Program, send you electronic receipts and other transaction records, and use your information for marketing purposes. You also agree that we, our affiliates, agents, and third parties who provide services to you may contact you via phone calls, text messages, emails, and other forms of communication and keep records of such communications (written or verbal for marketing purposes. If you do not agree to this clause, please do not register or use the PRO Membership.
C. We respect your privacy and will collect, store, and use the information you provide by the law. We will not sell or rent your personal information for any monetary gain. Details, please refer to the FridayParts Privacy Policy.
General
A. FridayParts reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modifications at the top of this page. It is YOUR Responsibility to review this Term and revise Terms and Conditions. The date of the last revision will be indicated, and the Conditions will be periodically reviewed for changes.
