I bought this kit and so far it's worked out great. Came in about a week or so which isn't too bad for the weight and distance it has to be shipped. THE INJECTOR SLEEVES ARE ALREADY INSTALLED That was a big question of mine while I was waiting for mine to come. The tool to install the sleeves is expensive and by the time you send your old head out to get machined and pay for the tool you'll spend more than what it costs to buy this head. The fact that these sleeves are already installed was a huge relief Just make sure you blow out all the bottom of threaded holes, all passages, the springs, because there's TONS of metal burs all over this thing. It's like it came straight off the machine shop floor and to ur house without being cleaned. Other than that it's an awesome purchase. I've been running mine for a couple months now and it's been great.
