Fuel Filter Assembly 15521-43018 for Kubota Tractor Excavator Loader

This filter replaced a primary fuel filter on a Kubota subcompact tractor. I had previously a different style (R12T) fuel/water separator made in Asia but found it to be leaky and prone to mechanical damage. This filter body is much more sturdy and most importantly, it doesn't leak. I would rate it at a "5" but think the top vent is unnecessary or should have been provided with a plug.
